- Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods include credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed before production starts on any print-on-demand products.
- Shipping:
- Shipping within the US typically takes between 2-5 business days.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-12 business days.
- Shipping to Canada, Australia, and all other countries takes between 8-30 business days.
- Returns and Replacements: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. In the case of a defective or damaged product, customers must immediately take a photo and send it to us. A replacement will be provided, or if the item is out of stock, we will offer another item in the store of the same kind.
- Order Cancellations and Edits: Cancellations and changes (e.g., text, shipping address, quantity, color, etc.) are only allowed within 6 hours after purchase.
